I wanted to make a slightly smaller scale garden sculpture with a view to it going into a courtyard garden or more intimate garden setting. It would look great walking along a flower bed so the flowers and shrubs softened the base.
The photos are of the sculpture in clay while I was making it and in bronze resin, sorry I know there are way too many photographs and a lot are just snaps as it’s a new one.
The height of the sculpture not including the base is 117cms high but with the intragal base the sculpture is still eye height which works really well above planting.
If you wanted it slightly lower it can of course be dug in.
